Welcome to Brushstroke Connection. By purchasing a painting kit, booking a creative gathering, or registering for an event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Creative Experiences

Brushstroke Connection offers painting kits, guided painting gatherings, and private or community creative events. Product descriptions, canvas sizes, supplies, prices, and event details will be provided on the applicable listing or booking page.

2. Bookings and Payment

Full prepayment is required to reserve a private painting party, register for a public event, or purchase a service where prepayment is specified. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

All bookings must be prepaid. Payments are nonrefundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for participants who do not attend.

Please review your booking details carefully before completing payment. If Brushstroke Connection must cancel an event, we will contact affected customers to discuss an appropriate resolution.

4. Painting Kits and Supplies

Painting kits include the items described in the product listing. Colors and supplies may vary slightly depending on availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when applicable.

5. Events and Participation

Participants are responsible for following event instructions and using painting supplies safely. Adult supervision is required for children where appropriate. Participants should inform the host of any relevant accessibility needs before the event.

6. Artwork and Instructions

Painting instructions, designs, photographs, and other materials provided by Brushstroke Connection are intended for personal use unless written permission is granted for another use. They may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. Prices, product availability, and event details may change. Any changes will not alter an order or booking already confirmed except as required by law or agreed with the customer.

8. Third-Party Services and Payments

Payments may be processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Brushstroke Connection does not intend to store full payment card details on its own systems.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Brushstroke Connection is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
